Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Nightkeep uses as few as possible: no advertising cookies, no analytics, and no tracking across other websites.
On portal.nightkeep.app:

When you choose a plan, pay, or manage your subscription, those pages are provided by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process payments securely and prevent fraud. They're governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookies policies, available at stripe.com.
nightkeep.app sets no cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode there, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (nk_theme) and never sent to us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the essential cookies, you won't be able to log in. If you delete the preference cookie, Nightkeep will simply follow your device's light or dark setting.
Because we only use cookies that are needed for the service or that remember a choice you made, we don't show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, for example if we add analytics, we'll ask for your consent first and update this policy.
